At the CHAPS Center, we strongly believe that everyone deserves access to the healing power of horses.  We strive to make our services affordable for all, regardless of their financial situation.  But the reality is that the real cost of therapy is significant.  The program provides daily care, feed, hay, veterinary and farrier care, dental and appropriate medication to keep our horses their healthiest.  We also maintain our facility with adequate mowing, trimming and care for the land we are blessed to be a part of.  Our program is only possible through the generosity of our donors.  Please consider giving a donation to provide funding for a horse or student scholarship or purchasing a need off a wishlist.

The benefits of working with our equine partners extends beyond just the development of the physical body.  Through our programs, students learn valuable life skills, such as responsibility, patience, and empathy.  Our horses have a way of connecting with us all on a deeper level. Their gentle demeanor and powerful presence can be soothing to our spirits and calming to our minds.  There's something about being around horses that is just good for the soul.  Maybe it's the way they nuzzle up to us or the sound of their hooves hitting the ground.  Or perhaps it's the way they seem to understand us without us having to say a word.  Whatever it is, there's no denying that horses have a special kind of magic that can make us feel more alive and connected to the world around us. Please consider donating today. Together, we can create a better future for all.
