CHAPS is a wonderful place where people can come to learn, heal and improve their quality of life whether they are students, volunteers or family and friends. Our mission is to improve the lives of all who are involved with our program.
Come Volunteer With Us!
You can make a huge impact in the lives of our students by joining our volunteer team! Volunteer opportunities include horse grooming, tacking, side-walking, horse handling and lots of joy and laughter! You can submit your application today through our Volunteer Portal. Once you’ve submitted your application you'll be able to create an account to sign up for volunteer opportunities, log and download your own hours, find more ways to be a part of our community and so much more! There is a one time $25 application fee due at orientation. With this fee you will be provided a CHAPS Volunteer t-shirt you will be required to wear while volunteering. All volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
Looking for Group Volunteer Opportunities?
We also provide fun and rewarding volunteer opportunities for groups! There are many tasks that we need your help with including horse care, facility maintenance and other projects around the property! Please note that participants in one time group volunteer projects are not able to assist with our weekly classes. All group participants must be at least 14 years of age.
