Courageous Cowgirls

Women’s Confidence, Boundaries, and Leadership Group

Courageous Cowgirls is an equine-assisted learning group for women who want to build confidence, strengthen boundaries, and develop a steadier sense of self through meaningful work with horses. Through structured, ground-based activities (no riding), participants build communication, emotional regulation, leadership, and follow-through in a hands-on environment where feedback is immediate and real.

This is a 6-week program that meets once each weekend for 90 minutes, giving participants time to build skills over time instead of trying to force change in a single session.

This program can be experienced in a group format or adapted for individuals who would prefer private, one-on-one work. Spots are limited to keep the experience structured, supportive, and hands-on for every participant.

Designed for women who may be dealing with self-doubt, people-pleasing, anxiety, overthinking, conflict avoidance, or difficulty speaking up clearly, this group helps participants strengthen skills such as:

  • Confidence and leadership presence

  • Clear communication and self-advocacy

  • Healthy boundaries and follow-through

  • Emotional regulation during stress

  • Reducing people-pleasing and fear of judgment

  • Applying these skills to work, relationships, and everyday life

Horses respond honestly to clarity, consistency, hesitation, and confidence. That makes thempowerful partners for women who want more than insight alone—they want real practice, real feedback, and real change. Courageous Cowgirls is a space to build self-trust, speak more clearly, and lead your life with greater confidence.
